Product introduction

In the heating system, the oxygen in the water will seriously corrode the metal surface of heat transfer, reduce the life of the system, the heating system boiler, radiator will be its main corrosion objects. Because the oxygen content in the water is related to the water temperature, high temperature, low oxygen content, high low temperature, oxygen rate - dissolved oxygen in the water can absorb or due to temperature change, and thus oxygen will be through the pipeline surface into the water in the pipeline, in the high temperature heat exchange surface such as household boiler, water segregator and heat dissipation in the release, chemical reaction with the metal, causing corrosion.

EVOH is commonly used for food grade fresh preservation packaging coating, such as milk, beverage packaging, through the characteristics of low permeability of EVOH oxygen rate, extend the shelf life of food, longyue EVOH oxygen resistance pipe is the application of this technology to the pipeline, extend the service life of the system.

EVOH has high crystallinity, good heat resistance and will not decrease in the long-term heating process


Product features

1. Under normal operating conditions, the pipeline can be used safely for more than 50 years;

7. Better impact resistance than pp-r and PEX tubes;

1、建筑物的冷热水系统,包括集中供热系统;

2、建筑物内的采暖系统、包括地板、壁板及辐射采暖系统;

3、可直接饮用的纯净水供水系统;

4、中央(集中)空调系统;

5、输送或排放化学介质等工业用管道系统。

6、用于气缸传送的气路等管道系统。

地暖系统地面结构配置

◆地面装饰材料:采用瓷砖、大理石等材料,不建议使用地毯。如果使用地毯,宜采用麻纺纤维做底衬,不宜使用真毛纤维或胶皮做底衬:

◆豆石混凝土:采用Cl5豆石混凝土,豆石粒径5~12mm,填充层厚度不宜小于50mm:

◆钢丝网:直径4。6mm,有效增加了豆石混凝土层的抗压载荷,防止地面龟裂: 

◆塑料管卡:采用材质为改性聚丙烯的管卡,耐脱拔力>15N; 

◆采暖管:采用龙越公司PE—RT采暖管: 

◆反射膜:采用无纺布铝箔地暖专用反射膜,杜绝热量向下辐射: 

◆保温板:采用表观密度≥25.OK9/m,导热系数≤0.03W/(m•K)的聚苯乙烯保温板,厚度不应小于20mm: 

◆边角膨胀材料:采用高发泡聚乙烯泡沫塑料,厚度不应小于10mm:
