PPR direct melting aluminum plastic steady state pipe is a kind of aluminum plastic composite pipe with high strength special alloy aluminum tape butt welding (argon arc welding) aluminum pipe as the matrix, and the inner and outer layers of composite material are all made of PPR imported raw materials. The ASTMF1335 standard in the United States calls the butt joint of aluminum plastic composite pipe "metal pipe with plastic protective layer".

1. New welding technology

The composite pipe produced by our company adopts argon arc welding (laser welding) technology to replace the traditional lap ultrasonic welding technology in the aluminum belt connection, which improves the strength of the aluminum belt connection and makes the product have a qualitative jump over the bearing capacity. The bearing capacity is better than most of the products on the market, and it is more suitable to be used in the high-pressure environment.

2. Higher quality standards

The company produces composite pipe in aluminum strip thickness and PPR thickness of inner and outer layers higher than the industry standard, to ensure higher strength and better quality, greatly improve the service performance and service life of the product.

3. Better rigidity

After the thickening of aluminum belt layer and internal and external PPR layer, the rigidity of pipe material is also improved, which is not easy to deform and can adapt to the requirements of surface mounting under various environments

1、各类散热器热水供热管道专用首选管材。

2、独立式家用锅炉（煤气、天然气、电加热）供暖、供水专用首选管道。 

3、家装太阳能、电热水器、地热水等家用洗浴热水管道专用首选管道。 

4、适用于冷热水、直饮水、空调等民用低压流体输送，也可用于医院氧气和饮料、食品、化工、农业、工业等行业的低压流体输送。

安装步骤

　2、清洁：使用洁净抹布清洁管材和管件的焊接部位（建议用酒精擦拭）、管材与管件连接端面必须清洁、干燥、无油污。 　3、划线：按表1规定的熔接深度在管材上划线： 　4、加热：热熔机加热后，将管材和管件无旋转地插入合金管专用热熔模头，管材达到划线位置时停止： 　5、焊接：达到加热时间后，管材管件无旋转地拔出，将管材无旋转插入管件承口内，按冷却时间停留。
