Product introduction

PP-R plastic - aluminum steady - state pipe is hot water, high - temperature radiator heating, central air conditioning field of choice pipe. The pipe is made up of pp-r pipe and alloy aluminum added on the basis of pp-r feed pipe at high temperature and compounded by polymer adhesive. It combines the advantages of plastic pipe and metal pipe at an organic whole, at the same time both health of plastic pipe, sealing and the rigidity of metal pipe has a higher strength and more stable mechanical properties, and uv protection function, the linear expansion coefficient is 1/5 of the normal pp-r pipe, close to the metal tube, with higher stability and security. Product features

1. Linear expansion coefficient is reduced

There is no obvious thermal expansion and cold shrinkage when the pipe is installed and used. In the field of high temperature hot water and hvac, outdoor surface installation pipe has obvious advantages.

2. Excellent oxygen resistance, hygiene and ultraviolet resistance

Because the pipeline intermediate layer is alloy aluminum layer. Eliminate oxidation, completely isolate the external air, keep the water flow medium in the pipe system is not infiltrated by oxygen, inhibit the bacteria breeding in the pipe, ensure the sanitary performance of the pipe.

注意事项

1、PP-R管较金属管硬度低、刚性差,在搬运、施工中应加以保护,避免不适当外力造成机械损伤。在暗敷后要标出管道位置,以免二次装修破坏管道。

2、PP-R管5℃以下存在一定低温脆性,冬季施工要当心,切管时要用锋利刀具缓慢切割。对已安装的管道不能重压、敲击,必要时对易受外力部位覆盖保护物。    

3、PP-R管长期受紫外线照射易老化降解,安装在户外或阳光直射处必须包扎深色防护层。    

4、PP-R管除了与金属管或用水器连接使用带螺纹嵌件或法兰等机械连接方式外,其余均应采用热熔连接,使管道一体化,无渗漏点。    

5、PP-R管的线膨胀系数较大(0.15mm/m℃),在明装或非直埋暗敷布管时必须采取防止管道膨胀变形的技术措施。    

6、管道安装后在封管(直埋)及覆盖装饰层(非直埋暗敷)前必须试压。冷水管试压压力为系统工作压力的1.5倍,但不得小于1MPa;热水管试验压力为工作压力的2倍,但不得小于1.5MPa。试压时间与方法技术规程规定。


安装步骤

 1) 切管并清理端口:用专用切割机按照施工尺寸切管,并用专用挫刀或专用除毛刺器去除切割面毛刺。

 2) 卷削管材:将管材推入卷削器的卷削孔内卷削,管材端面应接触到卷削器的内孔顶部,卷削器出料槽中应有均匀的铝屑旋出,直至将熔接部位的铝层完全清除干净。  3) 管材和管件加热:将管材和管件同时无旋转地插入P P-R塑铝稳态管专用模头中进行加热 。

注意:复合管材可用PP-R管件进行热熔承插连接形成管道系统。只是连接前用专用削皮器均匀剥去最外两层,然后用内管与同材质的PP-R的管件进行热熔连接,连接部位合为一体,不渗漏。
