注意事项

1、施工前应熟悉施工图纸、施工程序、施工方法、技术要求、质量标准、操作规程和有关专业图纸各工种配合要求等方可进行施工。 

2、管道安装前应对管材性能和用途，以及管材接头配合的公差进行仔细检查，同时必须清除管材管件内外污垢、油迹。   

3、管道穿墙壁、楼板及嵌墙暗敷时应配合土建预留孔槽，其尺寸当设计无规定时，应按下列规定执行：  

 a、预留孔洞尺寸宜比管外径大50-100mm；    

 b、嵌墙暗管的墙槽尺寸的宽度宜为D+60mm，深度宜为D+60mm；  

 c、架空管顶上部的净空不宜小于100mm。 

4、暗设管道应在墙面或在地面标明暗管的位置和走向，严禁在管道位置上冲击或钉金属钉等尖锐物体。 

5、管道穿过地下室或地下构筑物外墙以及水池、水箱时，若设计无要求时应采用刚性防水套管等防水技术措施。   

6、铝塑管弯曲一般采用弯管弹簧、弯管器或简易弯管器等辅助工具进行，管道外径等于或大于1000px应使用专用的弯管弯曲。   

7、铝塑管弯曲半径应大于或等于管外径的五倍；弯曲管段的扁平度不小于85%；管道不应多次反复弯曲，以防止铝层折断。   

8、管道支承件安装位置应准确，埋设应平整牢固，支承件与管道接触应紧密，但不得损伤管道的表面。

a、按所需长度用管剪将管材切断；   

b、用整园扩孔器将管口整园扩孔；   

c、将螺帽和压紧环套在管子端头；     

d、将管件本体内蕊插进管口内，且应将内芯全长压入为止；
