Product introduction

According to the structure of aluminum plastic composite pipe can be divided into lap welding aluminum plastic composite pipe and butt welding aluminum plastic composite pipe, aluminum plastic composite pipe is a five-layer structure of plastic and metal composite pipe. 运用范围

1、冷热给水管道。铝塑复合管内部光滑、不生锈结垢、耐腐蚀、耐温、耐压、不渗漏、不透氧,安全卫生,可替代铜管,钢管在给水及热水供暖工程上应用。

2、地板辐射采暖管道。铝塑复合管坚硬、热稳定性优于纯塑管、容易弯曲不反弹,管段长,施工简便,最适合用作低温在板辐射采暖系统中的热水输送散热盘管。 

3、集中空调系统供回水管道。 

4、天然气、液化气的输送管道。 

5、净水、饮料、医用氧气等洁净液体的输送管道。 

6、工业中化工液体的输送管道。 

7、压缩空气输送管道。

8、太阳能热水工程用管道等。


安装步骤

a、按所需长度用管剪将管材切断;

b、用整园扩孔器将管口整园扩孔;

c、将螺帽和压紧环套在管子端头;   

d、将管件本体内蕊插进管口内,且应将内芯全长压入为止;



注意事项

1、施工前应熟悉施工图纸、施工程序、施工方法、技术要求、质量标准、操作规程和有关专业图纸各工种配合要求等方可进行施工。  

2、管道安装前应对管材性能和用途,以及管材接头配合的公差进行仔细检查,同时必须清除管材管件内外污垢、油迹。   

3、管道穿墙壁、楼板及嵌墙暗敷时应配合土建预留孔槽,其尺寸当设计无规定时,应按下列规定执行:  

 a、预留孔洞尺寸宜比管外径大50-100mm;    

 b、嵌墙暗管的墙槽尺寸的宽度宜为D+60mm,深度宜为D+60mm;  

 c、架空管顶上部的净空不宜小于100mm。 

4、暗设管道应在墙面或在地面标明暗管的位置和走向,严禁在管道位置上冲击或钉金属钉等尖锐物体。 

5、管道穿过地下室或地下构筑物外墙以及水池、水箱时,若设计无要求时应采用刚性防水套管等防水技术措施。   

6、铝塑管弯曲一般采用弯管弹簧、弯管器或简易弯管器等辅助工具进行,管道外径等于或大于1000px应使用专用的弯管弯曲。   

7、铝塑管弯曲半径应大于或等于管外径的五倍;弯曲管段的扁平度不小于85%;管道不应多次反复弯曲,以防止铝层折断。  

8、管道支承件安装位置应准确,埋设应平整牢固,支承件与管道接触应紧密,但不得损伤管道的表面。
