Product introduction

The f-ppr high-performance fiberglass composite pipe has a three-layer structure, the inner and outer layers are pp-r materials, and the middle layer is fiberglass reinforced composites. The pp-r material in the inner layer ensures the hygienic performance of the pipe material, the middle layer achieves the effect of pipe enhancement and linear expansion coefficient reduction, and the outer pp-r facilitates hot-melt socket connection with traditional pp-r pipe fittings. A reliable water supply pipeline system is formed by three layers of composite. This new type of pipe has the characteristics of high strength, high toughness, high stiffness and low linear expansion coefficient, which makes up for the limitations in the application of ordinary pp-r pipe riser, open loading pipe and hot water pipe. It is the ideal improvement and beneficial supplement of pp-r pipeline. Implementation standard: CJ/ t258-2007


Product features

1. Low linear expansion coefficient, close to aluminum plastic composite pipe, completely solves the stretching problem of plastic pipe.

注意事项

1、PP-R管较金属管硬度低、刚性差,在搬运、施工中应加以保护,避免不适当外力造成机械损伤。在暗敷后要标出管道位置,以免二次装修破坏管道。

2、PP-R管5℃以下存在一定低温脆性,冬季施工要当心,切管时要用锋利刀具缓慢切割。对已安装的管道不能重压、敲击,必要时对易受外力部位覆盖保护物。

3、PP-R管长期受紫外线照射易老化降解,安装在户外或阳光直射处必须包扎深色防护层。

4、PP-R管除了与金属管或用水器连接使用带螺纹嵌件或法兰等机械连接方式外,其余均应采用热熔连接,使管道一体化,无渗漏点。

5、PP-R管的线膨胀系数较大(0.15mm/m℃),在明装或非直埋暗敷布管时必须采取防止管道膨胀变形的技术措施。

6、管道安装后在封管(直埋)及覆盖装饰层(非直埋暗敷)前必须试压。冷水管试压压力为系统工作压力的1.5倍,但不得小于1MPa;热水管试验压力为工作压力的2倍,但不得小于1.5MPa。试压时间与方法技术规程规定。

安装步骤

1、切割:切割管材,必须使端面垂直于管轴线。管材切割一般使用管子剪或管道切割机,必要时可使用锋利的钢锯,但切割后管材断面应去除毛边和毛刺。

2、清洁:使用洁净抹布清洁管材和管件的焊接部位(建议用酒精擦拭)、管材与管件连接端面必须清洁、干燥、无油污。

3、划线:按表1规定的熔接深度在管材上划线:

4、加热:热熔机加热后,将管材和管件无旋转地插入热熔模头,管材达到划线位置时停止:

5、焊接:达到加热时间后,管材管件无旋转地拔出,将管材无旋转插入管件承口内,按冷却时间停留。



注意:


同种材质的给水聚丙烯管与管配件之间,应采用热熔连接,安装应使用专用热熔工具。强调暗敷墙体,地坪面层内的管道必须采用热熔连接,不得采用丝扣或法兰连接。


给水聚丙烯管与金属管件连接,应采用带金属嵌件的聚丙烯管件作为过渡,该管件与塑料管采用热熔连接,与金属管件或卫生洁具五金配件采用丝扣连接。另外连接阀门、龙头与金属配件连接时,弯头、三通处要带有固定支座,牢固的固定在墙上。
