New production process

Installation process and steps

1. Hot melt die head selection
Select the special die head corresponding to the specifications and fix it on the PP-R fuser with hexagon socket bolts.
Note: In order to ensure the excellent performance of PPR aluminum-plastic alloy pipes, the hot melt die used during installation must be our company's special die, and the installation must be carried out in strict accordance with the hot melt procedure.
2. Fuser preparation
a. Turn on the power and check whether the fuser is normal.
b. Clean the foreign matter in the observation hole of the special die.
a. The green indicator light is on to indicate that the heating has been completed and the welding operation can be performed, and the red indicator light is on to indicate that it is heating. You need to wait for the green indicator light to turn on before proceeding.
b. Use pipes to assist in cleaning foreign objects in the observation hole.
3. Hot melt welding
a. Use a cutting knife to cut the pipe vertically to the required length (if it is a pipe cutter, it needs to be rotated to cut to avoid the ellipse of the pipe port affecting the welding quality) b. Insert the pipe fittings into the special die without rotating at the same time, and observe the special die for the pipe end Check whether the pipe has been pushed to the bottom of the die by using the observation hole of the head (the pipe will continue to be inserted to a depth of 3 mm after the observation hole finds the pipe). If it has been inserted to the bottom of the die, hold for 3 seconds. c. Immediately remove the pipe fittings from the special die head, align the direction, and quickly and evenly insert them to the required depth in a straight line without rotation, so that the joints form a uniform flanging. d. Keep it fixed for 3-5 seconds, let it cool down and let it go. The hot-melt welding is completed.
